Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days (2 weeks) of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must,

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging where possible.
• Include any accessories, tags, or documentation that came with the item.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to help resolve the issue quickly.
